It is a dropped domain ( someone before 5 years registered it, then he didn't renewed and so now its open for registration )

ah sod it, people are mucking you around something cronic here. Its dead simple, this is a domain which CURRENTLY does not belong to anyone. If MeetHere were to tell you the domain name here, you wouldnt bother paying him, as you would be free to go and register it for yourself with GoDaddy/NameCheap/1&1/whoever.

Meethere has come across this name, decided it is of no personal use to him but a PR4 domain is useful to somebody somewhere, so is advertising that knowledge for a fee.
