perhaps this will be a difficult appraisal?
would it be worth the money to purchase an official appraisal for this domain?

Wow, yes this is a very difficult domain.

A professional appraisal will really do something on this.

It's hard for someone to really analyze something like this ;)

    Just my 2 cents!

Just so you know .edu domain links don't hold any important value, just that they're .edu links (meaning they don't count any more than a .com link with same ranking)

Just tried to check out your site, but it said access forbidden.

Is there any content? What's the site about?

i didn't know google released their algorithm for public review...
Seriously though, i know .edu backlinks aren't that big a deal, but I'd rather have one, than not have one.

    no site, just domain.

It isn't a big deal, but since you pointed out how many .edu links you have I just thought you believed it was special. Might as well said how many .com links you have then :p

Meh come on Sixty6 provide an appraisal dude!

Well goldwaterinst is firstly not an easily rememberable domain, neither does it target any niche, so no points to you for that.

It is PR4, thats a big plus, but being 1996 listed in Archive.org doesn't mean anything if the actual domain has been dropped once. Which is most likely the case.

I'd suggest you make some site that has to do with specifying the scarcity of water in different regions of the world and then therefore classify water as golden?
