Selling PR4, DMOZ listed digital cameras site with Adsense income

    I'm selling http://www.kenmarcamera.com. It's PR4 and the domain is 12 years old. It's making $30/month in Adsense even though it receives only 900 visitors/month - Adsense report Traffic stats. The traffic and revenue will improve drastically when unique content is posted regularly (I don't have the knowledge and resources to do that). If I will get the BIN price, I will throw in another digital cameras site - http://www.cameracenter.net. It's PR1 and it's a premium domain (.com is listed at SEDO for 4 digits).

    No, the content is not unique.

    The value of the site is not only in the Adsense income, the domain has value because of it's age and page rank. Plus you're getting a second website for the BIN price. With that being said - I don't think 2 and half years worth of income is too much to ask for a website generating income with absolutely no maintenance.
