PR4 Directory Website - Stunning Design

Hey guys,
I am looking to see how much i can get for my website directory. This is a free directory, selling featured links.

What do you get?

• 4000 - 8000 uniques/month
• $20-80/month

The website is currently PR4, with categories of PR4. Like the last PR update, there should be another wave of updates in a week or so - hopefully the website will have a main page of PR5 or PR6. There are 815 backlinks shown in google.com (using link: command). Yahoo shows 29,000 links +.

Revenue
I will, of course, be honest here. There is no consistent revenue being made by the site. In the past year I have sold 42 featured links ($5/each) and 8 text links in the footer of the directory at $25/each (these have now been deleted). This year, we have sold 8 featured links ($10/each). We have also just added adsense to the website, which is fetching $0.2-->2 per day (nearer the lower end), getting around 9-10 clicks a day.

$410 for the year 2006.
Around $34/month for 2006. (constant)

As you can see, nothing to boast about. However, I believe everything is in place to make more, more traffic would lead to more featured links being sold and such. In the right hands, I do feel the revenue potential is high.

Links in Directory
The directory had 2000+ links in it, gaining 10-20 per day. We did a re-design of the website and moved web-host and unfortunately had a problem with the database and lost all of the links.

Currently there are only 50 links in the directory, increasing by around 5 per day. This can be greatly increased by posting about the loss of links on webmaster forums (i can help with this, if sold).

A custom blog is also included with 4 unique article posts (blog posts) of around 500+ words each.

Price
I am looking for $xxxx offers. But am not sure what to expect. I would like all interested parties to PM me for the URL.
