Is the PR of the home page? I normally find that any PR4 directory has PR0 for my category of computers!

 

some website may not have but not all...all directories have PR1-PR4 for ur computer category...if u want i can make research on dir which have pr4 for computer category and submit to it (for extra 10$)..
