    I am looking for a quick sale of a PR4 directory.
    BIN = $1,000 FIRM - First Come First Served (posted on many forums)
    Stats:Webalizer says 307 visitors a day averaged in August. with 3811 hits per day averaged. PM for the screenshot.
    Revenue
    57.60 from selling links in the directory.
    6.60 from selling a link on text-link-ads
    Also has affilaite abnners.
    Average ~ $100 a month. (No Stats for August yet)
    Total: $140+ a month

    I see that you are new here.
    Many directories PR4 and above go for 4 figures.
    It is making 140 a month without any advertising. so that pays off quickly

    Well I only had the sedo tracker on the last week of july
    I am just quoting webalizer when I say 307 a day.
    Not sure how accurate SedoTracker is

    57.60 from selling links in the directory.
    does that mean ppl paying for link submissions,or ppl buying links?If its ppl paying for submissions then thats money in your pocket,not the buyer,correct?

    Personally, I would not trust sedo or any other tracking system 100%. The best information is going to come directly from the web logs themselves.

    I second that question on revs... Are these recurring monthly revenues for links/listings, or one time, yearly, what? Is this a consistent $140/mo, or just $140 this month? Thank you!
