PR4 directory (pr innerpages) ~150 submissions / day ~ 150 uniques / day ~ $80 rev

Hi everybody!

I have a PR4 directory for sale with PR2-3 innerpages.
It became PR4 last update.

Revenue:
Revenue: 3 featured links sold, 2 bottom links sold, 2 banners submitpage sold and 1 headerbanner sold:
Total: ~$80.- (2 months rev)

The 2 bottomlinks must remain until 1st April 2008. The banners can be dropped within a month.
The links on the frontpage (below "Partner Sites") are exchange links, so you can remove them whenever you want.

Traffic:
It has an Alexa ranking of #258.000 (yesterday it was #295.000).
Here are the analytics reports of the past few days (im tracking it since 3 days):

These visitors are submitting ~150 websites / day! NO PAID PROMOTION DONE!

Indexed?
It has only 200 pages indexed by Google, but Google is still indexing it, if you add a sitemap it'll go even faster!
almost 200 pages indexed by Yahoo.
About 240 backlinks in google (Verify)

Promotion done:
As I said, I Havent promoted the website, I have only done 2 link exchanges and placed a link on some (2-3) of my websites!
