    Thanks for your bid, what link isn't working? Yes, 1 backlink, I haven't built backlinks yet, the 1 backlink is from a pr5 site of mine and will remain in place permanently even after transfer to new buyer.

    Bay Area is a locale in California and covers the San Francisco Bay Area including San Francisco, San Jose and many other cities. Site is currently getting about 200 uniques a month generates very little revenue with adsense. A little promotion will go a long way, site is already 1st page for several keywords relating to this particular niche and locale.
