I am selling www.alive-tech.com it's a PR4 word cloud site ( yes.. was up before the last update and was pr4 also so I've been working on it in order to maintain it's pr ).
Rev are around 200$ more or less since last 3 months or so I have it.

The only condition of the sale is that you keep it as a word cloud and keep the actual links that are up there on off course..

domain registered at godaddy, free push.

How do you keep a site such as this one up to maintain the PageRank and how do you get your traffic. Furthermore, is it hard to get a profit from this site and how long would this take? I would like to know this if you don't mind .

been submitted to directories. been working on any normal stuff you do normally. As for the profit and traffic it's the same as any other site.. promotion and other...

What script are you using for the word cloud?

 

shadez9, it's a script I bought from someone here at DP. cant remember. anyhow, it comes with the full admin and everything and it's included in the sell. no licence needed or what so ever.
