    I just created ChristmasPlannings.com and did some offline marketing and link building. But could get enough time to maintain this.

    It has got PR4 on homepage and PR2-4 on 90% of inner posts because of high quality content.

    No traffic stats set up but it has great longtail keywords and SEO optimized unique content.
