    I have a PR4 Celebrity Fansite being considered for sale.

    I am looking for more then 12x on this one.

    I have all proof of traffic and revenue, site is custom made, more then 1 year old, all traffic is natural search traffic.

    Revenue $60+ per month from adsense, not great adsense placement
    5 Text Link Ads, paying $50 per month (One of them is prepaid for 1 year).

    I am looking for bids above $500.

    Just out of curiousity, what's with the secretiveness with not giving the url??? I can understand on sites valued at $10K or more but for anything lower. I just don't get it??? Thanks.
