    Hi, I am selling the domain 24HourCashFlow.com along with it's content. It is a wordpress blog that I started work on recently and within the past three days I have improved it's alexa ranking from over 9 million to under 3 million. Rights to the eBook offered on the site are included in the sale, though the email list is not and if you want to start an email list obviously you would have to sign with a provider like AWeber. It has had 150 visits since 2nd September (when I started promoting it), though to keep up this traffic you would have to continue working hard to promote it.
