    Sorry, I can't provide the traffic proof. I don't install any tools to track the site's traffic. All I know is this site contains hundreds links, and has good alexa (about 200k), and good pagerank.

    Like I said, this site is not yet monetized. Actually, I don't really care about this site. I bought the domain few years ago, then bought the link directory system (CMS), then install it to my hosting. That's all.

    I can't decide how much the BIN price is. Give me an offer via PM. :)
