PR4 Arcade Site - Established w/traffic - Earns Revenue - Unique Design

    What this site is not: It is not some arcade site I put up just this month with no traffic or revenue that looks just like all the other arcade sites out there selling for $xxx.

    What this site is: A PR4 established 1 year old domain with traffic and revenue. It also has a unique design coded for phparcadescript.

    phparcadescript license IS included with this sale.

    I bought the domain and site in May and started making money via YPN in June. I basically just joined some banner exchanges, slapped ads on it then abandoned it while I worked new projects.

    Revenue
    June: YPN - $55 | Valueclick - $38.27 | Total - $93.27
    July: YPN - $32 | Valueclick - $34.54 | Total - $66.54

    Traffic
    The site stats say average 597 uniques per day for July highest day being 1305 lowest 358. (and that's missing 3 days from a server outage and move).

    Site is showing 251 uniques right now for today and I haven't even posted this sale yet. I have a LIVE stats link for serious buyers only.

    Traffic comes from bookmarks, direct typeins, link exchanges and banner exhanges.

    Note: This isn't like other arcades that have artificially inflated stats because they allow their games to be hosted on myspace and other sites. This is all real visitors.

    I took off the bids. After rethinking this it would be pretty silly on my part to sell it for less than it's worth even if I do just let it sit there. It's still making money.

    So I set a BIN.

    Shows you how much attention I pay to this site. The new owner should be able to increase profits simply by working on it a bit.

    I fixed the counter and reset it so it's back at 0 now.
