So you're not paying for any advertising or paid links on other sites now?

How is it getting traffic and is there anything the new owner would need to do in order to maintain the current traffic?

Spent 500$ on the exclusive game. This was only put on a few game sites so you could submit it to big sites like armorgames.com and addictinggames.com

Most traffic is direct and keywords.

The biggest thing is to update it. I haven't updated it in a week and it's still the same but if you continued this trend it would eventually start to drop instead of grow.

 

Does this mean you won't accept anything less?

But what kind of linking did you use?
And.. if I'd add those new games regularly every week.. would I need to build links myself? Or would it grow organically?

I am interested in this.. but it just seems that 5k is a decent amount of risk if something were to go wrong. I'd just like to have a better idea of how traffic is expected to grow and whether the incoming links to the site are from good areas.. etc.

WOuld you be interested in offering some type of insurance? I know that sounds a bit cheesy.. but for an extra couple hundred, if the site suddenly loses PR or traffic drops off the cliff, you'd be willing to give a refund? If everything stays the same.. you'd just pocket the extra money?

to show where traffic is coming from
and it looks natural and sustainable.
