    The predicted pagerank is zero according to http://nextpr.info because it appears to be forged. One way of achieving high pagerank is to redirect the domain to a high PR website. Once google update takes place and domain gets a high pagerank, then people remove the domain redirection and sell it at digitalpoint.
    The high PR is short lived and instantly come down to zero again on next PR update as predicted.
