    6 years and TECH related PR4 normal price is $120-150

    He sells half the price, why? :)

    Because the domain with zero backlinks!

    look the domain robots.txt http://dirxnltech.com/robots.txt so many prohibitions indexing, why?

    Send your advice to GODADDY and other REGISTAR for not selling domains that don't have any backlinks. And tell Google not to give pagerank for domains that don't have any backlinks. Thanks.

    Hey wellyfs you scammed this system you domain has a fake PR which means looking into it you redirected your domain then put it back to normal for the google update. You domain is a PR 0 and you have no backlinks nice try SCAMMER DO NOT BUY THIS DOMAIN.
