Selling PR4 Affiliate Product Review Blog

In July, 2009 I acquired a PR5 powerhouse domain right when it was expiring. Normally these domains end up PR0 an update after Google sees that they are reregistered, however I am an expert link building consultant for a living (see my signature) and so I had no problem enhancing this powerhouse domain to keep it at an authoritative PR4.

I turned the site into a simple cash-flowing powerhouse. The site has incredible backlinks from CNet, Wired, ZDNet, Harvard, and more. In addition to this, it also has tons of article links and many profile social links.

This blog has so many general authority links that the blog can have no related topic whatsoever, and every post I make indexes quickly and ranks. (Google a few of my recent posts that I have promoted such as Resvmax, resvmax review, nutriday acai, etc) and you will see a plethora of page 1 #1 rankings.

Since July 2009, I have purely promoted my own blog posts and affiliate links through this blog, and it has earned me $3143.35.

Now my reason for selling: (READ THIS PART)
The site has tons of blog posts pitching products, and many of these products (especially the exclusive ones) have been removed from AzoogleAds (the affiliate network I use), so even though EPG is still getting clicks, I am not earning much money anymore since it redirects to low-paying unrelated offers (only $250 since January).

This site requires someone to CONTINOUSLY update posts with new offers, as well as write very content-ridden posts relating to all offers on any affiliate network you choose, or you may choose to put adsense on it and blog about low competition keywords that pay a lot.


The quickest way to make money (although I wouldn't suggest it personally), is to just cash out on the domains authority. You can sell 10 blogroll links for $10/month in the buy sell trade section of digitalpoint, and then make a daily $5-10 post with links inside. Tons of people do this and they sell out even without a strong PR4 site, so I assume that would make some income really quickly.

Anything that is currently on the site can be edited, such as affiliate links transfered over. I will assist you in any way I can of moving the site to your server, otherwise I will host it FOR FREE for 6 months if you wish.


Starting bid is $100 and I will see if I will sell it in a few days, but have no problem keeping it myself if the bidding doesn't go high enough. For the right person, this could be a steal of a deal, but it will require some work building links (I will show you the best methods), and some time writing content (can be outsourced if you wish, which is what I will be doing if it does not sell).
