The site has good clean SEO optimized code. All pages are Valid XHTML 1.0.

I have just recently added adsense to the site and income is not more than about $0.30 per day there. (average for last 3 days).

Popular search phrase: seo friendly directory (position changes from page 1 and page 2 in google for this search phrase.

The site is running phpLD v3.1 with a custom design (paid $200 for it). All categories have a custom meta description written by me.

I had big planes for this directory and have devoted a lot of time bulding it and adding new features to it. Unfortunalt my personal situation in life has taken a u-turn and I have no other choice but to sell.

There is a seperate Article Directory that is using the "ArticleLive Content Management System". This software cost: $239

I have not had time to do anything with the article directory side of the site other than to install the ArticleLive software. My plan was to integrate ArticleLive with the design of the site.

Here you have a developed directory receiving steady and growing daily traffic. You could continue to run the site as it is, but with a little more work like getting the article directory up, the potential for this directory site is really great. The traffic is there and growing, so it's up to you to decide what to do with it.

I'll provide you with login to the stats system. Will PM you. As for the directory, there are as of this post 11 pending links. Normal submission rate is 40-50 per day, where I approve 20-25 of these.

I recently re-created the entire directory and added categories manually to get a category structure that was different than all the others out there. In ths process I cleaned out all links from there directory. Approx. 3000 links was deleted in the directory restructuring process.

It is now building up again and has 487 manually approved links in the directory.

- Yesterday's Alexa traffic rank was 70,331
- Starting to work on getting the Article Directory integrated with main site design.

I have decided to cancel this auction. Bids are too low. Site has a predicted PR6 so I will continue to develop and promote the site and probably re-list it again once all sections are 100% completed and when it is making more money than it is now.

 

i saw where you wouldnt sell for less than a $1000.I could pay this for the site if you want to sell,although i would want a % back from what the most recent text buyer paid for

 

Then you must say you won't sell it under $1500.
