Reason I'm selling, is that I've decided to concentrate on other more important life issues at this point in my life.

Top-stuff.info is a place which consists of a Free Downloads area, along with The Lounge, The Marketplace, and the GFX Section.

There are 3 Dedicated and Experienced Administrators who has served Top-Stuff for over a year, over 5 hardworking Global Moderators along with the massive memberbase.

We are accepted in a variety of publishing advertisement networks, including:

I have taken off all of the ads since the sale of the forum has been posted.

There is potential revenue just by simply inserting any of the above network's into the template.

I have written a template bit space, for you to insert the ads in.

Paypopup, pays roughly $1.2/CPM.
Layer-ads - €2.50/CPM.
CPXInteractive has been paying us around $2-3 per day.
Etology usually get about 20-30 clicks, paying around $0.40-$0.50/day.

You *will* earn $20-$50 *MORE* PER DAY if you decide to insert layer-ads, AdBrite Interstitials, and pop-ups.

An Extra $30 *ALONE if you decide to insert pay-ads.com banner ads, which will pay you a massive $3.5/CPM.

We are also receiving donations every 2-4 days, usually consisting of $10.

We do not use the main root domain for any websites, however users still visit it from word of mouth, search engines, or directly inputting the URL address.

We generally gain most traffic from submitting to DDL Websites, such as Katz, PhazeDDL, DDL2.



As you can see, we're getting nearly 20 uniques every 1.5-2 minutes.
