Selling PR4 , 1st google page Arcade website, 4 years old

Selling arcade website.

Traffic: 1000 vis/day ... Had almost 3000 vis/day 2 years ago, but because of poor advertise and no updates, it dropped in google searches.

PR=4, 4 years old ,domain payed until 2012
Adsense revenue: ~150-200$/month
CPXinteractive revenue: ~50-60$/month (you'll see in the attachments a bigger monthly revenue, but that's the revenue with another website of mine put togheter. CPX doesn't have chanels like google does)
I do sell link and text ad spots on it for gambling related websites. In the past 12 month it brought about 4500$ in total just from gambling ads.

All revenue can be verified , including the gambling ads revenue.

I have bought some link spots in the last months (about 200$ spent on it ... expecting to get PR5 at next PR update).

The site has almost 1500 games added, admin panel, automated link exchange system, smarty php platform.

I want to sell it because I need to buy a new car.

I will negociate, but with some limits.

 

I'd be interested. Send me any information you didn't post in the thread because you didn't want everyone to see. I'm mostly interested in the source of the traffic. Sure, first page in google is nice, but what it's first page for is kind of important. Also, I'd like to see the revenue proof.

 

I just checked your sites BL and they look like most high PR links come from homepages of other sites - to me that would sound an alarm. The highest PR inbound link from inner page I found was PR2, so what happens when those Homepages remove your link?

 

most of the back links come from link exchanges (1:1 ones). You can verify that in the footer of my homepage.
Also, said in the original post that I have bought in the last months link spots on arcade websites. 200$ expenses.
