    Up for sale is WindowsPhoneUpdate.com, which I have been operating from more than 2 years. Right now, it is 2 year and 5 months old. This site has:
    • Pagerank 3
    • Unique content
    • Responsive Design
    • Seo friendly.
    • Excellent backlinks
    • Low Buy-it-now.
    • Other than Adsense, the site gets money from two more paid advertisers. - They will transferred to you.
    * cell phone cases - $10/month - homepage ad
    * Wholesale HTC Accessories - $25/3 months (expires on January 17, 2014). - homepage ad

    Both contacted me via email. You can find plenty of better advertizers on digital point, who would pay you more than that.

    You can easily earn a lot with it. Since it is related to mobile niche, you can post paid posts on it and earn good $$ per post. So, buy it before it is gone, gone, gone!
