PR3 Website with good traffic

I'm selling URLCrop.com. I made the site from scratch in ASP/MySQL last September and it's had pretty decent traffic consistently since then. I've never advertised the site or anything, it's all word of mouth.

    Traffic Statistics
    Compete.com: #734,230 with 1,150 U.S. visitors per month
    Alexa.com: 444,271

    From Google Analytics:
May: 8,161 visitors, 11,121 page views
April: 15,644 visitors, 15,644 page views

Ad revenue has only been $20-30 total because I've been only been using AdBrite network ads, which make crap. AdSense could probably make a pretty penny, since the main portion of the cropped URL page is a block ad. The lack of proof in revenue is the only thing holding me back from selling it for quite a bit more.

    Domain Statistics
    Google PageRank: 3
Google results for "urlcrop": 2,630 (rank #1)
Google results for "url crop": 2,270,000 (rank #1)
Rank 9 on Google for "url shortener"

    EstiBot.com Appraisal: $5,700
    LeapFish.com Appraisal: $540.00
    NameBoy.com Appraisal: $6213

    Sale Details

This will be in auction format. It will be closed 72 hours from the time of this post, or if/when BIN is reached.

    Starting Bid: $600
    BIN: $2000

Payment will be accept via PayPal, money order, or escrow.com (buyer will pay the fee).

Because the site is written in ASP, if you wish, I will rewrite the script in PHP for you (using the same current database) for an extra $100.

Note: Also for sale at NamePros.com. I'll keep bids posted.

I won't sell the script if someone purchases the site.

It might be worth mentioning, dnScoop.com shows "The estimated value of http://urlcrop.com is: $4,944"

It also estimates a possible $56/mo revenue from ads.

No buyer found now. I'll admit the price was high, but I have high hopes.

I'm now taking reasonable offers. The site had just under 900 uniques yesterday.

this is nuts. i cant f-in understand. how can sellers NOT list essential info such as revenues, expenses, etc. and expect bids from serious buyers? Should I get down on my knees and PM you for this info that should've been posted in the first place? Arghhhhhhhhhhhh!

I think someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed. If you were to actually read, you'd see that I mentioned ad revenue in there. As for expenses, it's on a server with all of my other sites, so it costs me nothing to run.

Alright, this is still for sale. I'll consider any offers over $300.
