I attempt to be thorough and give 100% honest disclosure. Please read this listing carefully.

For sale: classicseo.com - domain name and website with 4 months free web hosting
48 hour auction from time of this posting (to the minute). If this item remains unsold, try an offer
Domain name due for re-registration: 05/15/2008
    Registrar: Melbourne IT (through Yahoo)
Income: assume none but there is a small trickle from Google adsense
    Starting price: $30
    Bid Increment: $2
    BIN: $60
    Payment options: Paypal only
Notes: Buyer pays domain name transfer fees (if any) The domain name is hosted by Melbourne IT through Yahoo, transfer is very easy and there are no additional fees other than what your registrar will charge you for transfer.

About this domain name and website: This website has a Google pagerank of 3 and has about 1,000 unique visitors per month (about 2,500 total visits per month). The Wordpress blog associated with this website was hacked recently and has subsequently been deleted, the new Wordpress release addresses this problem but I haven't had a chance to install it. There is a very busy Esyndicat web directory attached to the website (included in price) and two viral programs in a downloadable eBook and a free web directory list, which is also downloadable. The eBook directory attached to this website is a free script that hasn't really taken off. This website needs a rework and provides a really good start for someone who wants to buy some built in
traffic, back links and page rank. If someone wants to leave the website on the cPanel host it is on now, it would cost $10 per month after June 1st/2008.

The purchaser will be provided with a cPanel password, user names and passwords to both the web directory and eBook directory. FTP download of the website will be the purchaser's responsibility.

What do you mean 'Not to make bids until after this auction is over' ? I am interested, but your site it down ;)

Actually, what would your BIN price be for the domain only ? Thanks

I did not say do not bid until the auction is over. In this auction I stated: "If this item remains unsold, try an offer" . . . I received a couple of offers before the auction had ended which isn't kosher, so I added the line: "Please don't make offers until this auction is over."

I don't really have any interest in selling just the domain name unless I get a good price for it.

    Hi Siteman

The auction ended 2 hours before your bid but if you are still interested, I will accept $30 as an after auction offer and we can proceed.

I will ask you to reread this listing carefully however just to be certain of what I am offering. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have before final agreement.

A note for AutumnBreeze: In answer to your question: "How can you have an auction if you aren't taking offers?" In online auction vernacular a "bid" and an "offer" are two different things. The primary difference being that an offer is not constricted by the starting bid and can be lower. I can speak as a bit of an authority on this as I have sold thousands of items over the years through online auctions. That's the way it is on most online auction sites including eBay. I did however learn a valuable lesson during this auction in not to assume that everyone knows these things.
