    I'm putting Valve-Hosting.com up for sale as i'm too busy with design work, which is what I want to pursue.

    It's PR3 and has :

    PageRank 3 Alexa Rank 229,381 Back Links 112,566 MSN Search Results 0 Yahoo! Search Results 562,000

    Or at pretty much any other similar site. The design is custom coded by myself. Further work can be done if needed. It's a tableless CSS design, with pure CSS pop-ups and AJAX. Some of the links are dead as i'm not paying for a billing lic. anymore.

    I had WHMCS running. In reality it can be linked in with anything that will give you 'Direct Order Url's. WHMCS is easy to skin though and it's pretty cheap too.

    There are no customers included, thats why the price is pretty low. All it would take is a new billing system and a few $ on Google ads, even when it's closed it gets around 50-60 uniques per day, it's had up to 200-300 at peak times, check alexa.
