    http://linkwith.us

It is permanently linked from several PR6 sites.
so its PR is expected to increase further during
    the next google update.

Submission is free as long as you provide reciprocal links.
Feel free to submit your sites.

Shouldn't this be under Link Exchanges and not directories?

If you require a recipricol you're not a proper directory.

Your featured submission option seems to be broken. It submits just like a standard listing with recip, instead of prompting for payment like the $10 option.

Also, when there's a problem with a submission, you should show what it is. Currently, it just reloads the submission page. I have tried numerous times to submit this one listing, but it always does the same. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it. So, I am going to stop until I hear back.
