I beleive there is a legal issue, unless you keep something other than on google adsense in your website.
adsense is a tm.

hi william, i dont think there is any legal issue as far as this domain is concerned. as you can see from whois, i registered this domain firstly and i am the 1st and only owner of this domain and now i am selling it to cash premium word. till date i haven't recieved any of the warning / complaing from any of the authorities.

if you search internet, there are other domain extensions working too like, adsense.com , adsense.net , adsense.org , adsense.biz , adsense.us . every website is operational or parked at sedo or somewhere else.

earlier i used this domain for adsense tricks and all but that was a failure as far as traffic is concerned. so i converted it to web directory and promoted it like that only. this is the reality and no one will tell you so much truth i think. i am not hiding anything from any of you.

I don't think there's anything Google could do (apart from stop you placing adsense on the site).

From adsense.com: "If you think you can get rich quick placing other people's ads on your site or blog, please contact Google who has taken and used our business name without permission or compensation."

 

It means google itself used someone's brandname. lols .

anyways, hope this clears all the doubts regarding branding and all other related querries / questions i suppose. it is clear by now that this domain can be used and developed by its owner as he wants. and i assure you that you can use adsense on this site also. this wont create any kinda problem.
