    Site has 99% unique content, integrated adsense ads as well as some clickbank affiliate products.

    Nice design, easy to add stuff, I've just lost interest a while ago. With a little seo and link building this site will dominate this niche, which is a pretty decent paying adsense niche also. Low rev, low traffic due to lack of seo, get some backlinks and this site will skyrocket!

    Monthly unique visitors at about 200, AdSense at around $4.00/month, no clickbank sales to my knowledge.

    Running on a wordpress backend, winning buyer will get the domain, the wordpress database and all HTML files and exclusive rights to all.

    Domain was reg'd for 5 years and will expire 2014, this is factored into the price. Domain reg'd and hosted though NetworkSolutions, will help facilitate transfer.

    Like to have this be a 24hr auction, I reserve the right to not sell if reserve not met. Start the bidding at $20, with increments of $5 please. Post Sold @ BIN if you wish to purchases asap.

    Edit: Forgot to mention, I have 3 extra 100% unique articles I have not posted to this site, will include them for free!
