    So let me get this straight.. you have a site with less than 6,000 visitors per month and earns probably $60 or LESS per month.. and you want 50 months (4 years + 2 months) revenue ..

    The site is way overpriced than what it is worth. I will bid if seller is accepting around $300-500 offers, provided with adsense revenue proof.
