    I'm selling a blog I started late last year but never really paid much attention to after launching it.

    1) Uses WordPress (modifed open source theme)
    2) PR3 homepage and inside pages PR2

    4) Unique custom created logo (Flash + EPS source included)
    5) Domain registered with Godaddy & hosted on one of my servers

    The first person to post SOLD wins, it's not an auction, that is the actual selling price. Upon payment, domain will be transferred into your name and you'll get ftp, admin, and cpanel access to site.

    Also available is a template monster reseller site that I had setup. It's a PR4 site, with PR3 inside pages. I have yet to sell any templates, since I've not promoted the site. I did try sending traffic to it using MediaTraffic, but that didn't result in any sales. You could change around this site to no longer be a template monster reseller site, change the layout, basically anything you wish.
