    I am selling a PR3 tech blog with around 10+ unique articles for $70 only. It comes along with one year hosting from dewlance. I could be pretty useful to sell links or you can even fully develop and put some adsense and so on. Its a relatively new blog and hence not much traffic and no revenue.
