    the site is averaging around 1,400 visitors DAILY! and making around $400 a month from adsense and links/blog posts. also the site is ranked on google for the top pages for the keyword- Miami Hurricanes .

    aWas - be careful with this guy. he is trying to sell links on these sites that he is selling... collecting money.. not posting the links... and selling the websites at the same time. RUN!!!
