Selling PR3 Site, Unique, Natural Traffic, Great Deal, Auction, No Reserve!!

Hey folks, it's time for me to part with one of my sites. The site is listed above and was a 'test site' of sorts as I tried my hand at several seo experiments over the last year + .

The site had been optimized with AdSense but I'm not sure what the revenue was because it was on the same channel as several other sites, so assume no revenue. I took AdSense off a while back and never put it back on.

Traffic comes naturally from Google, I haven't updated it in a while so traffic has dropped slightly but still has first page rank for the majority of the content and associated keywords, if you are interested in that sort of thing. I have first 1-10 ranking for over 40 keywords with this site.

The domain was reg'd back in 2008 and is set to expire 2013. The site has a WordPress Backend and an associated mySQL database. I'm more than happy to host both the domain and database, so you don't have to worry about losing the bonus time till domain expires.

There is a BIN of $175 and it's quite worth it, I'll even guarantee that the PR will never get lower than PR3 for up to 1 year.

Sorry, I just need to ask. A PR3 site with only 700 uniques a month? That makes me wounder what's wrong. A PR3 should be getting more. What keywords are you targeting? And only 35 posts? At least I assume that those posta are unique and not copyrighted?

I don't dooubt your honesty, you're a much more respected member here than I am, having much more iTraders and posts. I just don't see a $175 value here right now, but please do convince me!

 

The posts are 100% unique. Like I stated, the site was an SEO experiment for individual keywords and wasn't focused on the 'site as a whole.' For example, one of the keywords that it ranks for is: copy of check stub it's ranked 1st out of almost a million.

The traffic was decent for the efforts but obviously without continued work then fall in ranking. So basically you'll get natural traffic for specific keyword phrases going to interior pages, keep them and pop adsense back out, and you're good to go, or build it out differently. I had adsense on it and worked to rank for good adsense terms, and by doing so I learned a lot firsthand about what works in SEO and made some easy 'google money.'

So, I'll break the $175 down accordingly

$100 for the PR3 ranking (guaranteed for up to a year)
You'll easily make your money back if you sell 5 links at $20 for a year (sell more and/or at a different rate and you'd have much more)
$75 for the unique content; it's AdSense optimized and most of the interior pages have PR rank. You'll make $75 (at least) in the first year with AdSense on it.

So there it's broken down to show you how I got to the $175 figure. This doesn't even include the fact that registration till 2013 makes this domain (on expiration) a 5 year old domain, and highly valued by the search engines.

What do you do? Sell some links, pop on adsense, use the existing content, or go fresh and new; it's really up to you.

 

I've PR3 blog only with 3 post/page and uv less than 50 people. I think PR3 doesn't mean that site must have high trafic...

 

Pagerank has no relation to the amount of natural visitors, no takers yet? I thought this would be a quick sale...
