    I bought this site a few months ago and don't have time to develop it.

    Google seems to love this site because it just has a handful of posts and hasn't had a new post in a couple of months but still gets around 10 visits a day and keeps holding on to it's PR3.

    I added google analytics on November 18. No monetization- the site has not been changed at all for a few months.
