Original Content: Around 2400 words. At my current rates, the content alone would be billed at $600-1075 depending on whether I was bylined or not. When you buy the site and content, I'm giving you full rights to it - you can remove my name from anywhere you want, claim authorship, edit it to change the casual tone, create new versions for article marketing - whatever you want.

BIN and reserve price are based predominantly on the domain and content.

Payment: Payments are via Paypal or credit card via Paypal. Files will be sent when the deal closes and is confirmed by the buyer. Domain transfer info will be sent after payment is received / cleared.

A private reserve lower than the BIN is set. If the reserve isn't met, I won't be selling the site and content.

The auction will close Monday, June 2nd at 7pm Eastern time regardless of whether or not the reserve price was met (or unless the BIN it met prior to that time).

Just received a private / PM bid for $150.

Someone had asked about the reserve price. I'll just announce that publicly. As of now, the reserve is set at $300. As mentioned, if that's not meant, I reserve the right not to sell the site to the highest bid at that time. However, I may still agree to sell it for less than that if, at the close of the auction, I decide it's preferable to sell it quickly as opposed to re-listing it elsewhere. That will be left up to me and and highest bidder at the auction's close.

 

Previous bidder just made a private quick sale offer of $400. I've decided to go ahead and lower the BIN to meet that offer for the sake of closing this out quickly. So this auction is closed. If for some reason the deal doesn't go through, I'll re-open it based on the same terms of the original post.
