    What is the domain you are selling?
    Is it the cjb.net?
    Or what?
    All I see is a forum that is sub-domained.
    Explain it better that you are NOT selling a domain.

    I am selling the forum within the subdomain. The forum. I am not selling the CJB.net because thats the default domain in my host, but you still use it unless you want to buy a domain

    I'm a noob but isn't pagerank decided on how many links are pointing at the url? So if you are not selling the url then it really is not a pr of 3? I don't know i'm tired.

    Il include the domain with it, but I cant say Im selling the domain, but the Domain IS included with it.

    i think he is just including the FREE subdomain name with the forum and you can take the forum and transfer it to a domain or just leave it on the free cjb subdomain.
