    Hello All,

    I bought this domain at the end of last year and started creating an SEO tutorial membership site. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to carry on working on it and so am selling it now.

    The site uses Wordpress with the free edition of Memberwing. I have also added the first few tutorials and a number of blog posts. The person purchasing this site can carry on with the format and add content and after some promotion, I believe can draw good member numbers and monthly fees.

    The domain is PR3 (increased from PR2 after I bought it and put the current site on it).

    3 day sale. Bids start at US$0.99.

    The site is only partially complete and so you would need to add more tutorials and blog posts before you can charge a membership fee. Once you've done that, I would say that the site can be maintained by adding weekly/monthly blog posts and tutorials.

    There have only been a few (4) sign ups since I haven't launched the main membership element to the site. Their email addresses are in the admin side of the site, so you will have them if you win.

    Since I haven't done any SEO work or marketing of the site, I haven't built up any traffic numbers (since the site is incomplete). I haven't monitored any rankings either.
