Selling PR3 SEO/MMO Niche Blog with Unique Content

Hello All,

I am selling my SEO / Make Money Online blog @ http://www.yoomost.com

Usually, the site has around 800 visitors per month, but since I have not had the time to write posts the past couple of months (and it's Christmas), this has dropped to 634 in December.

I have been constantly building links over the last few months and Yahoo site explorer reports 460 inlinks. All content on the site is unique.

The site ranks well in number 2 position in Google for the term "online money earning" and on the first page for terms like "online earning" and "angela backlink". The majority of traffic is from organic search.

I also use the site to market a link building service where I build links for people using Angela & Paul's links. However, because of time restraints I only have 1 regular customer, who I can make an introduction to.

I have adsense embedded within the site but only make around $5 a month from it.

Traffic figures are in the original post. I've attached a screenshot of adsense for November to this one.

dannbkk, thanks for your feedback. Although the BIN is $1500, bids start at $250.
