The site is customizable, but the only requirement is that you keep the upgrade options on the site (read the rules at myownfreehost.net)

It has been heavily advertised, indexed, announced, and submitted to some great free hosting directories, so most of the work has already been done for you.

How you can make money: In the amazing reseller panel provided by myownfreehost, you can put advertisements on all of the client pages if you wish. Currently, the site has a well placed and optimized ad on the home page which should be changed to the new owner's AdSense account.

Revenue details: When I acquired this site a few months ago from the previous owner, he was making approximately $1 per day through Google AdSense from just the one homepage ad. I do not have an AdSense account, so I just converted it to AdBrite and have not been making much at all [revenue statistics are only a few dollars per month for me because this site should not be with AdBrite and I have almost completely neglected it]. I would predict that you could easily make $xxx per year from just home page ads if you converted it back to AdSense and did a little free promotional work. Who knows what would happen if you put AdSense on every account page?

Traffic: It is currently ranked about 780,000 by Alexa. Most of the traffic comes from the United States and practically all of it comes from free hosting directories, word of mouth, and free hosting announcements. It has tons of strong backlinks. You can type in "freehosting300" or "freehosting300.com" into Google and see for yourself with it is getting a lot of traffic

Byet is one of the largest hosting operations. They own myownfreehost.net and give webmasters free hosting sites so that they can receive paid hosting conversions.

You will notice that there are a few "Upgrade" links and such on freehosting300.com - that's how byet keeps this in operation.

Myownfreehost is here to stay, they will not shut it down

Can you give any revenue stats at all?
Even AdBrite is fine, just need to see how much you make per dya form the homepage ad.

 

I have averaged about $0.20 per day on AdBrite, but if you put your AdSense ads you will make more - AdBrite is not as good for the free hosting industry.

The site is not banned by AdSense, but I was over a year ago for "invalid clicks" [from one of my other sites]

I do not have the proof of income from the previous owner. He is still a huge free hosting promoter and makes a lot from his free host sites .

AdBrite proof will be posted later, but it's only about $0.15-$0.25 per day. It is not a true representation of the value of freehosting300.com.

The current revenue was not my central selling point. I am selling this site as a deep PR3, predicted PR5, sold user base free hosting company with no expenses.

fh300's present income is at rock-bottom because of my inactivity and AdBrite's terrible CPM.

Currently we do not advertise on client pages, so if the new user took that route, an incredible rise in income will occur. Couple that with the fact that AdSense will be far greater than the current AdBrite and you have yourself a great money maker .

It is hardly being advertised at all right now and the signups keep rolling in! This site has been historically advertised heavily and still has a lot of juice from those previous campaigns.

This site is a potential goldmine in the right hands

After weighing all the factors, I still feel that prediction should be taken with a pinch of salt, hwoever the other factors may well make it worth the buyer's while, but it's not for me.

No problem I think this niche is only for webmasters who are at least decent site promoters.

Everything else is done, all you need to do is advertise it and you will definitely be getting a lot more traffic - who doesn't want free hosting?
