    I currently have a hobby site which is valid PR4 but the domain name can be used in any niche.

    I used it with a subdomain though. Check: http://site.sweetdreamsproject.com/
    I am asking $70 for it cuz I need $ fast. I also have a PR3, dmoz listed site (tolerantmonotheism.org) if interested.
