    Hi,

    I am selling this plumbing repair blog as I've got too many projects on my hands and need some startup capital.

    Site was registered with Namecheap one year ago.

    The site was basically a template that I customized with a logo I created myself.

    It is adsense ready.

    It ranks number 3 for the term "plumbing repair san diego"

    All content on site is unique and configured with the UAW plugin.

    I'm also willing to throw in the twitter account @plumbing_repair which has 25 followers

    The site does not make a whole lot of revenue, hence the extremely low price.

    NO RESERVE.

    Winning bid will get the domain pushed for free and the files sent via dropbox.
