    I created the site because I was going to focus on providing website creation for pet owners. I've since been sidetracked by other projects. Link building has been done but content for site never really got generated. Valid PR3 with interior pr'd pages. Assume little traffic, no revenue.

    Looking for a quick sale, BIN super low to accomplish this. First come first served. Winning bidder gets domain name and wordpress files/db if they want.
