This is a content site that has been on our servers for the last six months and we have decided that we don’t the time to develop it to the extent it should be developed.

Through basically a background and underground linking campaign the main URL is now a PR3 and five blogs were added just less than three months ago and on the fourth of July will be nicely aged for the owner to start monetizing straightaway.

In fact with the blogs on this site alone the successful bidder should be able to turn around and start generating anywhere between $10 and $20 a day immediately. How do we know? Well because that's how much we are turning over with blogs of a similar age on other similar urls. None of the blogs have been monetized so far and all of the various Blogrolls are there and available to be sold.

As an additional part of the package we have recently within the last five days undertaken a fairly intense article marketing campaign that is already starting to show signs of fruition. We are estimating within the next three to four days that back links for the site both anchor text driven and direct URLs will start emerging in Google and Yahoo. Pages from the site are starting to emerge in the major book marking sites and with the intensity of the article marketing and also additional links, we are expecting an increase in PR in the next update.

The site is already starting to generate income from linking and Adsense though to be fair the Adsense income is only just starting but a daily target of $5 a day within the next 40 to 50 days is well within the sites reach given the nature of the content and Keywords

We have not arranged for any affiliate income, click bank revenue or other forms of monetization but no doubt the smart guys amongst you will be able to fathom how to do that. Believe me it “ain't gonna to be hard”.
