    I am selling my golf swing niche website as I no longer have time for it. The site is a valid PR3 and ranks #3 for its main keyword "Golf Swing Tips". This is a 12,100 a month exact search term (22,200 broad) in Google alone which is currently the traffic source for the website. The sites content is unique and was created specifically for this domain.

    Could be monetised through Clickbank or something similar. There are some products in this niche available to promote with a high payout.

    The domain is registered with Godaddy.com until August 2012 so has plenty of time left on it. Will provide free push to the winners account.

    and it gets 600 unique visits a month?(screenshots) seems really low , please elaborate

    The main KW gets 12k searches.There are other long tail keyword as well that gets visits.
