Selling PR3 .NET Domain Hot Niche - $15 per click! WordPress already setup.

I set this website earlier this year, wrote one page of content and linked to it. It's picked up a PR 3 and it's in a great niche, I just don't have time to get it all setup.

You can monetise it with AdSense and I think it can rank well, here are some stats from Google AdWords Keyword Tool:

[crm system] - 18,100 searches, £9.37 CPC
[crm systems] - 5,400 searches, £8.50 CPC
[crm software] - 40,500 searches, £12.17 CPC

I've had 219 visits this year since January 2011, as I said - I've not really done anything with it as I'm promoting CRM software on my own site instead.

I've had one adsense click this year which was £0.52, which I think is probably on the low side.

At the moment it is getting impressions on Google for "CRM system" - but its at position 130, this could easily be increased though.

I think this is a good opportunity for someone to buy a domain which has WordPress setup and write a few articles, get a few links and then make a steady income on AdSense. I'd do this, but I don't have the time.

 

Forgot to mention, it doesn't include hosting, so you'll have to host it on your own server, I can supply the WordPress backup and files to the winner.
