    PR 3 Myspace Sport Site.

    Great opportunity for someone savy enough to take it and turn it into the ultimate sports myspace resource site.

    I have had it since July (no more time to put into it), not alot of promotion except for some link exchanges.

    Currently gets about 150-200 UV's a day

    Adsense earnings for a month is around $11
    VCM earnings are around $11 as well.

    The site runs on strict upload and go, no database. Uses EasyLayout Script by Marshall_26

    Domain regged with godaddy, Free push...expires 5/28. Will renew for free..
    Hosted with Media Temple (Never had any issues)

    Has $xxx worth of custom/tagged/exclusive content

    Site is indexed in Google

    You just need keywords/links to rank. Ranks for some.

    Earnings in a nut shell..

    $20 a month x 12 months = $240
    $50 Script
    $xxx Content

    Price $750 (this is not an auction)
