    I am selling the site www.myspaceobsessed.com which is a PR 3 (predicted PR5) site with 1100 uniques per day. The site has a custom look not like the other mass produced sites out there. This site has very good earnings and is making $300+ per month.

    The sites traffic is from natural search engine traffic and link exchanges no PPC advertising or myspace spam has been used. The site recently broke from the Google sandbox and has since started recieving Google traffic with the number of unique visitors increasing daily.

    The site has had some on page SEO and was just submitted to 450 directories about 3 days ago which will increase its traffic and rankings as the links are indexed. The domain was registered in April 2006 and is good until April 2009 before it needs renewed. This site has a great look and the ad positions have been optimized for good CTR's and high earnings.

    Its a problem with the script in FF. The second line of the menu have errors.

    Do you have earning stats for more than 5 days ?

    the YPN ads where added recently after the site came out of the google sandbox so no sorry i dont and yes the script has a few small bugs that you would need to fix

    Is the bold type keywords allowed by google? What are the pop-unders on the site? They opened 3 windows on my computer, are they malicious?

    no the popups are from paypopup.com and are not malicious and yes bold text is allowed by Google its basic SEO

    The site was purchased in October but has been online since April 2006 the content has changed from when the site was purchased.

    The sites rankings have dropped in Google for some keywords after Google recently updated its cache of the site. With some more link building the rankings would go back up
