I see a PR0 for the site not PR3.

 

the url redirects to http://twistedhumor.cc/modules/news/ which I see as PR3 so guess it depends on which datacentre you are on?

I don't know, I saw PR3 when the update was done, then PR0 for a few days, then PR3 again......I see PR0 right now too.

 

I have had a few questions as to what I am willing to do about the price since it appears the site has PR0. I will offer the following: If it does not attain a PR3 I will refund $40.00 from the selling price to the buyer.
