and i said expecting PR is 5 because of huge number of backlinks

so anything cannot be said.
But minimum what you get is a PR3

I Installed a forum related to Hosting once just for a week and saw 13 members joining it without advt.
But i removed it due to last of time to develop it - as i already have a lot of work for my HiiFii Webservices
