Hey guys, I've got a high traffic PR3 gaming site, http://www.midnightgamer.com and am trying to optimize on the keyword Cartoon Games Yes the keyword is high traffic and has a lot of competitors but I'm already on the second page, and my webmaster tools claims I'm #11. I need to optimize to get onto the first page, but I'm not sure what to do. Could I get some tips or a review? Thanks in advance.
Adding a header and bolding the use of cartoon games on the site can give you some additional points for on site seo. Your on site is rather poor in terms of what humans can see, but you have most of the things covered in your source. I'd bet if you added an h1 header saying cartoon games and included it 2 or 3 more times in bold text on that page you'd see some improvements.
Excellent... the total of backlinks of (GBL+YBL+ATBL) is 23208... this site still poor of Google backlinks... (only 1) note : checked by checkpagerank.net
making much more submission on 'free directory submission'... you can 'googling' by yourself with mentioned keywords...
Yes, of course.. It's usually called "SEO Off Pages" example : - You want your site be PR4, so you need 3000 backlinks from other sites that have PR1 or 555 backlinks from other sites that have PR2 - You want your site be PR5, so you need 17000 backlinks from other sites that have PR1 or 3000 backlinks from other sites that have PR2 - etc... the more you have backlinks, the more high PR your site be You can check it here : checkpagerank.net/linkpack Hope it useful 4 U
Well I know about off-site SEO, but do PR0 back links and such actually help out in SEO or just building PR?
Precise calculation is not there and not 100% guarantee, only God and Google know that ... Creating backlinks is only one of the requirements to be SEO-ed .. While it, build a PR is only build 'Link Popularity' ... But to be very 'SEO' a lot of things that need attention such as: keywords spread, content, internal links, meta tags, Meta description, hotlinks, IMG Alt, amount of outbound links, title optimization (SEO On-Page) and also backlinks (one way or reciprocal backlinks), anchor text, outbound links of site that fits links to your site (Off-Page SEO) .. etc ... etc ... High PR does not guarantee a high position in the SERP (Search Engine Result Page), but usually site that has a high SERP (such # 1 in Google) have a PR and high traffic as well ...
your website score is very good right now and good backlinks and pr but you have to do the submission in social bookmarking which will aware your website business across the globe.
You have to develop your titles a bit. Most pages are missing content, so you are depending on your titles and descriptions to carry your rankings. That is usually pretty tough to do.
You should always put your visitors first, search engines second. To me the footer text looks a little dishonest and I think google probably sees it the same way.
What's dishonest about it? It is essentially the only content I can place in the site, so I have to put some links and keywords there.
